Refund policy

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn and have all original tags attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email contact@victoriaroseea.com with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
3. Reason for the return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be provided via email. Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that all orders discounted by 30% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We are not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred on international shipments.
